30-Day Zen Guarantee We want you to love the glow of your new lamp. If it doesn’t quite fit your space or vibe, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If Your Lamp Arrives Damaged (Don't Worry!): Washi paper is delicate, and sometimes the journey can be rough. If your lamp arrives with any tears, broken bamboo, or electrical issues:

1. Take a quick photo of the damage.

2. Email us at [hello@captainsbamboo.com].

3. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you, or give you a full refund. No stress, no long forms.

Change of Mind: If the lamp is intact but you simply changed your mind, we accept returns in original packaging. To stay sustainable and keep our prices fair, we ask the buyer to cover the return shipping for "change of mind" cases.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
