Payment Method

How you can pay

We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
• Shop Pay for a faster checkout on repeat orders

Paying in your local currency

Our prices are shown in US dollars. If your bank converts the payment, your card provider will apply its own exchange rate — the final amount may differ slightly from the price shown at checkout.

When you are charged

For most cards, payment is authorised when you place the order and captured when your order ships. You will receive an order confirmation email with the total, followed by a shipping notification with tracking.

If a payment failed or you were charged twice, email us at hello@captainsbamboo.com with your order number and we will resolve it within 2 business days.
